Returns Policy

We want to ensure you are perfectly happy with your order so if for any reason you are unhappy with, please e-mail us at sales@thenematodeshop.com.

Due to nematodes being a live product we can't accept returns for the following reasons:

1. Shelf life is shorter than expected - we will always provide a product which has a minimum of 10 days expiry date from the date you receive the order. If the product has a shorter shelf life than this then we are happy to replace this for you. We would require an image to be sent of the expiry date.

2. If you wish to return an order due to a short shelf life we will need them returning with an adequate expiry date for us to be able to resell the product. They also need to be returned via a 1st class service and unopened. 

For all returns you will need to contact us directly via e-mail at sales@thenematodeshop.com before returning the order. Once we have confirmed the return you will need to send it back to the address we provide.

We will only cover the cost of the postage if the item is damaged, faulty, or if the wrong items have been sent. We do not accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels on return, so it is advisable to obtain a postal receipt, or send the goods back via recorded delivery.
